Conduct on-site training for technical personnel on the operation, adjustment, and overall functionality of the equipment, providing comprehensive education to help improve the proficiency and fluency of client-side technicians to a certain level.
Provide systematic education on mechanical principles and structures, enabling technical personnel to better understand the structure and cooperative functionality of the machinery, and to be aware of the key observations and judgments required for regular maintenance of the equipment, ensuring that the robotic arm can accurately perform at its best limit while maintaining safety, convenience, and high quality.
Provide detailed training on circuitry, circuit structure, troubleshooting, replacement of parts and consumables, and the production and use of jigs, enabling technical personnel to quickly identify and resolve basic faults, avoiding delays in production schedules.
The above education and training will be divided into three parts, each lasting for 6 days, totaling 18 days. It will be conducted in the form of professional service personnel stationed in the factory, to assist customers in effectively improving their operational processes and production efficiency in actual operation of the machine.
After the completion of the aforementioned procedures, we will conduct a round of service and technical guidance within 30 days and a comprehensive maintenance within 90 days.
